HABITS AND WELLNESS

Some people believe that what will be will be  no matter what you do. In that logic, it is believed it nature work to be fat or not to be. Well this may be true to an extent. My experience is that men and women alike can do a lot in choosing how they can direct or redirect natures work. Do your bit and allow nature do its bit.
